We want you to be completely satisfied with your DIY jewelry supplies. If you're not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Not customized, cut, or specially made items (such as custom kits or personalized jewelry)
Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will provide a return authorization number
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship the items back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received, we will process your refund
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent due to our error
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Special Notes for DIY Supplies
Due to the nature of DIY jewelry materials (such as beads, findings, and wires):
- Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur
- These are not considered defects
